The Fund’s team consists of the employees of the Fund’s management company and independent members of the Investment Committee. Members of the Investment Committee are selected by recruitment companies and act as independent market experts in decision-making on investments and their management as well as enrolment of private investors.

Andrius Barštys

Investment committee chairman

Andrius is currently the Chief Executive Officer of UAB Capitalica Asset Management. Previously he served as the Chairman of the Board and the Chief Executive Officer at AB Bank FINASTA and chaired the Boards of other FINASTA GROUP companies (Finasta was one of the largest investment banking, wealth management, pension fund and investment management platforms in the Baltics). Andrius is an experienced top-level executive and investment professional with more than 20 years of experience in capital markets and in the areas of asset management and real estate.

Giedrius Martusevičius

Investment committee member

Giedrius has long international (Philips, Samsung, Nespresso) experience for developing sales and marketing strategies of consumer electronic goods in Baltic, Israel, Central Asia and Caucasus. He also has invested into several start-ups and was responsible for patent negotiation with global multinational company and patent technology commercialisation. Giedrius has a good combination of investor and entrepreneur skills to achieve fast and positive results.

Martyna Kilčiauskaitė

Investment analyst

Martyna specialises in the funding of projects related to business development. Before joining the Koinvesticinis fondas, she worked at the Corporate Credit Division of AB Šiaulių Bankas. Martyna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Actuarial Mathematics.

Paulius Uziela

Investment project manager

Paulius has many years of experience in fundraising and M&A. Prior to joining Koinvesticinis fondas, Paulius worked at DNB Bank's Financial Markets Division and Deloitte's Financial Advisory Division.

Viktorija Vaitkevičienė


Viktorija has more than 13 years of experience in financial sector, including business finance, consulting and selection of venture capital fund managers. Last five year she was responsible for management of PE & VC funds at INVEGA (together with European Bank of Reconstruction and Development and European Investment Fund). Viktorija is also a Chairwoman of The European Venture Fund Investors Network and board member at LitBAN.
